Return and Refund Policy

Purchase Terms

By placing an order through this website, you agree that the purchase is a remote transaction.

All purchases are subject to this Return and Refund Policy in addition to applicable consumer protection laws.


Cancellation and Return Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product has not been installed
  • The product has not been modified in any way
  • The product is not damaged
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • The product is in new, unused, and resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Important Installation Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the product:

Any product that has been installed, welded, modified, or used in any way is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes any attempt to install or test the product.


Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending the product.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Arranging the return shipment
  • Covering all return shipping costs
  • Ensuring the product arrives safely

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued after:

  • The product has been received
  • The product has been inspected
  • The product meets all return conditions

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is higher) may be deducted, where permitted by applicable law.


Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties or import taxes
  • Any additional handling or reshipping fees

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Not claimed
  • Not collected from the carrier

Then:

  • The package may be returned or destroyed
  • Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will only be considered after the product is returned and inspected

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence (photos or videos).

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Any request will be handled only after the product is returned, subject to this policy.


External Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Shipping carriers
  • Security or regulatory issues
  • Force majeure events
