The Product is not sold as a road-legal exhaust system.

DB Silencer does not guarantee that any Product is approved, certified, or legal for use on public roads in any jurisdiction.

4. Legal Compliance and User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for:

  • Proper and safe use of the Product
  • Compliance with all local laws and regulations
  • Ensuring the Vehicle meets legal requirements at all times

The User must independently verify whether the Product is permitted in their country or region before use.

5. Track-Only Use Disclaimer

The User acknowledges that the Product is intended for non-public-road use only.

The Product must not be used on public roads, streets, or highways where such use is restricted by law.

The Product does not replace any legally required exhaust components, including DB killers or certified silencers.

The Product does not make any Vehicle legal for road use.

Any use of the Product outside permitted environments is the sole responsibility of the User.

DB Silencer makes no representation or warranty that the Product complies with:

  • Emissions standards
  • Vehicle approval laws

in any jurisdiction.

The User assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

  • Fines, penalties, or legal actions
  • Losses resulting from use or misuse of the Product
  • Mechanical damage to the Vehicle
