Shipping Time
We ship orders worldwide.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or non-working days.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated based on:

- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using professional third-party carriers selected by us.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers may track their shipment through the carrier or via our website tracking page.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping Responsibility and Delays

Order Cancellation After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If a customer refuses delivery or requests cancellation after shipment, the order will only be eligible for review after the package is returned, and will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Lost shipments
- Delays
- Additional costs
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Unclaimed or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed, refused, or cannot be delivered:
- The package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier
- Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
We are not responsible for shipments that are not collected by the customer.
Delivery Completion
A shipment is considered successfully delivered once it is marked as delivered by the carrier.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
Receiving the Shipment
The customer must ensure availability to receive the shipment.
If delivery fails:
- The carrier may attempt redelivery
- Additional fees or delays may apply
- The shipment may be returned
All related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
